Silver Eye South-Eastern Form

Starting weight: 105 kg
Last week: 98.7 kg = Loss 6.3 kg
This week: 95.9 kg = Loss 2.8 kg.
9 g to 1st goal.
I am quietly pleased with my progress so far. Obviously the walking is doing wonders though disappointingly I've missed out yesterday and this morning...My right knee is playing up a tad and I find I have a small limp so deemed it prudent not to push it. This a.m. it seems to have improved and by tomorrow I'll be back out there.
As I can't afford to purchase any plan, I've simply returned to my good eating habits and cut out all of the foods that obviously don't agree with my system. I've stopped the comfort eating and have returned to fruit. I find that I am feeling better within myself and don't head for my hidey hole quite so often or as deep when situations occur that sent me there prior to beginning my journey.
With regards to my height measurement, I've come to the conclusion that the Doc must have recorded it incorrectly as I've always noted it as being 172cms...not 182cms, the shrinkage to 167cms though 5cms, is more believable and we do tend to shrink up to 4cms as we age.
1.4kg to 10% loss...YAAAY.

You are doing an absolutely awesome effort...you have good reason to be proud of yourself, well done!!
Love the pics.
Keep smiling
Jen
Toy I love the pics of the birds! I don't know a lot about them but the first one that you called silver eye looks like a bird in NZ we call the wax eye. Is it the same thing do you know? I only know their name because I had a naughty cat who used to catch them and my Mum used to go mad!
You will be at 10% before you know it :)
Take care and talk soon
Luv mE xxx
Thanks Jen. Not too sure I'm doing as well this week though. Weigh in tomorrow, (Sunday), so I'll soo know.
Our Silver-eye is part of the White-eye species Em. Very much like the Honey-eaters. Your Wax Eye could be the same bird just a different name in NZ although our White-eyes are listed in The Slater Guide to Australian Birds. They range fairly wide, south-western, south-eastern and from Cape York to Tasmania so I wouldn't be at all surprised to find them in NZ.
Glad you like the pics, ladies...toy
you're doing SUCH an amazing job *hugs* im so happy for you sweetness
Wow what fantastic birds!!! Just look at the colours!!! Great pictures Toy.
The birds are brilliant aren't they. They are at the Glen Forest Tourist Park just outside of Port Lincoln. They were in averies that visitors could enter and stroll among the many birds. I have spent hours there a couple of times. There's heaps of animals there as well. I'll post some of those too...toy
